Job Title: Primary School Administrator
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Are you adept at utilising Arbor to streamline school operations and enhance overall efficiency?
Responsibilities:
1. Student Records Management:
Utilise Arbor to maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.Oversee the enrolment and registration processes.Generate reports and updates for school administrators as needed.
2. Attendance Tracking:
Manage daily attendance records using Arbor.Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure accurate attendance reporting.Address attendance-related queries from parents and guardians.
3. Timetable Coordination:
Work with the academic team to create and update class timetables.Manage scheduling conflicts and adjustments.
4. Communication and Correspondence:
Handle emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.Assist in the preparation and distribution of newsletters and announcements.
5. Financial Administration:
Support the finance department in processing invoices.Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.
6. General Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the school leadership team.Organise and coordinate meetings, events, and other school activities.
Qualifications:
7. Previous experience working as a School Administrator.
8. Previous experience working with Arbor.
9. A background in Finance.
10. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
11. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
12. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
14. Familiarity with school administration processes and regulations.
