Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to work for a well established company based in the Croydon - Beddington area. This Purchase Ledger position to start ASAP, and will be an Accounts Payable 12 month fixed term contract. Proven Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger and finance support experience is required and will be to start ASAP. Location: Office based - Croydon - Beddington, parking onsite Hours: 9-5 or 8.30-5 Duration: 12 month FTC Accounts Payable - Purchase Ledger duties: Processing and posting invoices and credit notes Resolving invoice and payment queries Supporting with month end Bank reconciliations Updating ledgers Setting up Bacs payments, checking and matching of direct debit payments etc Checking and processing of staff expenses Skills and experience: Experience of working in a similar Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger, Accounts Assistant role Good IT skills and strong data entry skills Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
