Job Description
3. Manage general office tasks including filing, scheduling, and procurement of office supplies.
4. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
5. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for the upper management.
6. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
7. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
8. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
9. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
10. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Coordinator should have:
11. A degree in business administration or relevant field.
12. Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role.
13. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
14. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
15. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
