What You’ll Be Doing Supporting children’s learning in the classroom, working closely with the class teacher. Assisting a child with SEN to ensure they can thrive academically and socially. Helping with playground duties and preparing classroom resources. Assisting with general classroom duties, including a lunch break responsibility. Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. About You Be able to do the job as described. Share a commitment to the school's caring ethos and vision for inclusivity. Display enthusiasm, creativity, and flexibility in supporting children’s learning. Possess strong communication skills, fostering good relationships with children, staff, and parents. Maintain a calm and consistent approach, even in challenging situations.
