To support these aspirations the brand team are on a journey of growth and the role of Senior Digital Marketing Manager has a new strategic focus. Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role: Your focus and passion will be to increase brand reach across digital channels whilst overseeing plans to maximise room sales, and support broader brand initiatives in line with brand managers Working alongside our Marketing Director and Head of Digital Experience, you’ll set and monitor KPIs aligned with brand and yield objectives Taking a multi-channel approach to campaign management and digital guest journeys, you’ll ensure we deliver the most relevant online brand experience, no matter what stage the customer is at in their booking journey Building strong working relationships with our Revenue team to understand forecasts, identify commercial opportunities and adapt to meet business needs Owning and managing your media budget, ensuring all spend aligns to both marketing plans and commercial insight to maximise ROI A key part of a small and agile digital team, you’ll also manage associated support agencies, inspiring and leading them to create their own channel plans Collaborating with our brand and product stakeholders, you’ll feed into marketing plans which benefit the wider business always keeps you focussing forward Working closely with our Digital Experience Manager to ensure UX best practice is followed, identifying user pain points and maximising traffic conversion for all digital journeys Working alongside our CRM Manager, to deliver integrated digital journeys and segmented marketing that delivers higher converting return and improved guest experiences Adeptly using platform insight, industry news and review BI data to recommend strategy and pioneer new ways across the whole business to engage with our guests digitally Reviewing and recommending improvements for our automation and technology which will improve current ways of working, be more agile and achieve commercial returns Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way The kind of person we're looking for : You’re currently operating a similar role within a fast-paced lifestyle brand with fantastic experience in leading digital marketing performance teams; Hospitality experience is a plus; however, this is definitely not a must Well versed and passionate about performance marketing, being insight driven is in your DNA You can demonstrate strong experience of creating and managing integrated digital campaigns with a multi-channel delivery; have a rounded view of, PPC, SEO, Video, Paid Social & Content Passionate about creating new ideas, you’re naturally curious, innovate and challenge the status quo of the industry You’re happy talking tech and data in the morning, nimbly moving to creative and content in the afternoon A high performer that’s always looking for a better way to do things; you’re restless and looking for an opportunity that allows you to have impact and make a difference.
