About the Role:
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will provide expert advice on a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, and inheritance tax planning. You’ll manage your own caseload and deliver top-tier services to a range of clients, offering tailored legal solutions to meet their unique needs. Your ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and compassionately will be key to building lasting relationships.

Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 9:00 am 5:00 pm
Key Duties:
* Managing a caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate administration, and inheritance tax planning
* Providing tailored advice to clients on estate planning, powers of attorney, and probate
* Drafting legal documents, such as wills, trust deeds, and probate applications
* Liaising with external professionals such as accountants, financial planners, and tax advisers
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
* Building and maintaining client relationships to provide long-term legal support
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualified
* Experience in private client law
* Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
