A well established, reputable and growing education trust - with sites around the South Yorkshire region - and with more to join - are looking to recruit a HR Advisor into their growing team.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is to "partner" with Site Heads and Managers to provide a comprehensive HR advisory provision (HR guidance/advice, ER support, case management and also project work).
You will be responsible for an ER case load across a range of sites within the Trust, providing a proactive HR support service utilising key management information enabling Heads / Directors /Senior Managers to carry out their roles efficiently and effectively and contribute to the Trust.
You will also be involved in several projects of this growing organisation: change management, TUPE, Policy Review/Writing/Implementation, Process & Procedure review/improvements, HRIS development / implementation to name a few.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor to develop further and be involved in the development and establishment of a proactive HR service in a growing organisation - with career development potential.
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualified (or working towards, or have relevant level of experience).
* Experience of the full remit of generalist HR skills & knowledge, particularly ER and case work, and some involvement in previous HR projects.
* Experience of education or similar regulated environment (safeguarding) is advantageous but not essential - but a keen interest in the education sector is.
* Car owner/driving license due to multi-site attendance around South Yorkshire.
NB: An enhanced DBS will be taken for this post.
