Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain client relationships across the Midlands and wider UK
2. Source and place high-quality engineering and maintenance candidates
3. Manage the full permanent recruitment cycle
4. Generate new business opportunities through proactive business development
5. Meet and exceed personal and team targets
6. Work closely with our existing client base while expanding your own portfolio
Requirements
7. Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, specifically within the engineering and maintenance sectors
8. Proven track record of winning new business and clients
9. Strong understanding of the permanent recruitment process
10. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
11. Results-driven with a passion for delivery
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
