Job Description Temporary HR Administrator (Part-Time) Our client, based outside of York, is seeking a highly organised and motivated HR Administrator to provide temporary support for maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience to gain valuable HR experience in a supportive and friendly team. Driving is essential due to the location, and free parking is available. WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW: £12.00 - £13.50 per hour (dependant on experience) 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (around 9.30am – 1.30pm, with flexibility) Duration: 11th November 2024 to 21st November 2025 (with flexibility depending on business needs) Additional hours may be required during holiday cover or busy periods A SNAPSHOT OF THE DAY: Processing new starters, leavers, and contractual changes Managing holiday records and inbox Assisting with recruitment: posting job adverts, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting right-to-work checks, and preparing offer letters Recording absences and processing forms Timesheet administration for payroll and raising purchase orders Booking and onboarding agency workers Administering annual reviews Inputting training records and supporting internal training sessions Drafting letters and general correspondence Updating the internal jobs board weekly General admin and filing tasks DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU?
