About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Primary Teacher to join us on this rewarding journey. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the educational experiences of students who will benefit the most.
The Teacher will work collaboratively to develop and deliver highly effective and engaging learning programs that are suited to the diverse needs of our students and meet the requirements of the Victorian Curriculum. This includes classroom teaching and 1:1 intensive student support as required.
About You

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in teaching, with a deep understanding of trauma-informed practices and a commitment to supporting diverse student needs. You should also have experience in fostering student engagement, promoting positive attendance, and collaborating in staff development.
Key Selection Criteria
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* A four-year teaching qualification or equivalent, along with eligibility for Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
* Proven experience in implementing innovative and high-aspiration initiatives for student learning, guided by the Victorian Curriculum.
* Expertise in designing, delivering, and assessing programs that address the diverse and complex needs of individual students, particularly those with learning challenges and behavioural difficulties.
* A strong ability to work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues to enhance program quality and improve student outcomes.
