About the Role: As an Employment Adviser, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals seeking employment, helping them to identify and secure suitable job opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial assessments of clients to determine their employment needs and goals - Provide one-on-one support and guidance to clients in developing job search strategies, CV writing, and interview skills - Identify suitable job opportunities for clients based on their skills, experience, and interests - Liaise with employers to promote job opportunities and arrange interviews for clients - Support clients in completing job applications and preparing for interviews - Provide ongoing support to clients during their job search process, including follow-up after interviews - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress - Collaborate with other team members to develop and deliver workshops and training sessions on employability skills - Keep up-to-date with labour market trends and changes in employment legislation to provide relevant and accurate advice to clients - Build and maintain relationships with local employers to develop job opportunities for clients - Attend job fairs and networking events to promote our services and build partnerships with employers - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services through feedback and suggestions Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong coaching and mentoring skills - Driven to achieve results - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - A positive and empathetic attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please submit your application, including a short cover letter and CV, We look forward to hearing from you Our organisation is committed to promoting diversity and equal opportunities in the workplace.
