Role Overview
As a District Training Engagement Officer, you will work with the District Training Lead and other Training Officers to deliver the district’s training objectives. You’ll support Unit Training Leads (UTLs) in the creation and implementation of effective training plans in line with organisational and unit needs and support the logistics and maintenance of unit training resources.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Unit Training Lead in ensuring that the training plan supports the development of our people.
2. Oversee and maintain equipment stored at units.
3. Ensure sufficient resources are available for unit training to run smoothly.
4. Oversee the unit’s training asset registers.
5. Attend training meetings and district leadership meetings as necessary.
6. Support the induction of new Unit Training Leads and the ongoing development of all assigned Unit Training Leads.
