Graduate Entry Scheme - Sales & Marketing, Commercial Planning and Customer Service
Location: Surbiton, Surrey (2 minutes from mainline station) Hybrid working module 3 days in the office and 2 from home
Salary: GBP30,000 per year, with regular reviews. GBP840 travel allowance or on-site parking. GBP500 home office furniture allowance. GBP300 well being allowance.
Duration: 2 years to perm

Responsibilities include:
1. Operational Retailer Support
2. Managing marketing investments in direct sales
3. Support to Account Manager with reporting using analysis tools
4. Operational Direct Sales Support
Commercial Planning
Responsibilities include:
1. Budget planning
2. Business and customer insights
3. Market insights
The successful candidate for this role will:
1. Be a bright articulate graduate with, or predicted to have, a 2:1 degree or above
2. Have minimum 7 GCSEs (grade B or above, including Maths & English)
3. 3 A Levels (grades B or above)
4. Be keen to work across different business functions
5. Have excellent Microsoft Office skills
6. Live within acceptable commuting distance from Surbiton or be prepared to relocate
7. Have demonstrable leadership experience - evidence of proactively initiating/leading a group activity
