Job Title: Property Management Administrative Assistant (12-month FTC)
Salary: Up to £35,000 subject to experience
Location: Camden, London
Job Type: Full Time, Initial 12-month contract potentially leading to a full-time appointment
EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY - We are seeking a Property Management Administrative Assistant with a minimum 2 years' experience. This is an office-based role, and we are looking for someone to join our friendly and highly motivated team at our modern Camden office. Duties Will Include:
1. Updating property portals
2. Preparing property details and other documents
3. Preparing letters, sending emails, updating spreadsheets, logging applicant/tenant enquiries
4. Liaising with Tenants and monitoring lettings and tenancy renewals
5. Arranging compliance inspections and maintaining management records
6. Preparing expenses spreadsheets and reports
7. Monitoring rent receipts and preparing rent analysis reports
8. Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documents
9. Handling incoming telephone calls and enquiries
10. Monitoring and updating tenancy and repair reports and enquiries
11. Providing administrative support to the Head of Department
12. General office administration
The Ideal Candidate Will:
1. Have excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office programs
2. Have a good multi-tasking ability
3. Be well organised and presentable
4. Have good customer-facing skills
5. Have strong communication skills
6. Be pro-active and able to handle a variety of admin tasks
