Senior HR Advisor
Location: Colchester (with occasional travel)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a growing organisation. This is a newly created role, driven by their ongoing success and expansion. You’ll play a key role in supporting managers and regional managers with HR guidance and working alongside HR Business Partners to deliver effective people solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert HR advice on performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and sensitive matters.
2. Coach managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure fairness and consistency.
3. Support employee relations, including case investigations, safeguarding, and risk mitigation.
4. Analyse HR data (exit interviews, absence, turnover) to identify trends and provide solutions.
5. Collaborate on recruitment, selection, and performance management strategies.
6. Assist with reporting for the Senior People Team and Executive Board.
What We’re Looking For:
1. CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards).
2. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site HR role.
3. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations.
4. Flexibility to travel 1-2 times per month and occasional overnight stays.
