An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Operations / Care Operations Director to join a well-established Residential Children’s Home. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £75,000 - £95,000.\n\nAs a Head of Operations / Care Operations Director, you will report to Board of Directors and oversee client’s residential services, including children’s homes, supported accommodation, and family assessment centres.\n\nYou will be responsible for:\n\nLead and manage the residential teams to deliver high-quality care and service.\nImplement strategic plans for growth, including additional children’s homes and family assessment centres.\nFoster relationships with local authorities and other agencies.\nOversee care plans and ensure adherence to safeguarding and health & safety regulations.\nMentor senior managers and ensure continuous development of teams.\nReport to the Board on the progress of services, ensuring regulatory compliance.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\nPrevious experience working as a Head of Operations, Director of Operations, Operations Director, Operations Manager or in a similar role.\nAt least 5 years’ experience as support worker role and 3 years in leadership role.\nBackground in planning and leading strategic initiatives.\nExperience in residential children's home management and facilitation management.\nNVQ Level 5 Diploma in Children & Young People or equivalent.\nSocial Worker Degree or equivalent qualifications.\nSuccessfully achieved "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings in previous roles under their leadership.\nRight to work in the UK.\n\nApply now for this exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic team and further enhance your career.\n\nImportant Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
