Job Description
As a Production Manager (Fixed Term Contract), you’ll be the driving force behind seamless execution, ensuring pop-ups, activations, events, tradeshows, conferences, festivals, roadshows, and live events are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, manage suppliers, and oversee on-site operations to guarantee every event is a success. You will need to be able to use your own vehicle for travel as required.

Location can be flexible between Thame or Norwich
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the Production Process – Take the lead in delivering top-tier productions, managing timelines, resources, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution and outstanding results.
* Champion Creativity – Drive innovation by collaborating closely with the creative team, turning bold ideas into reality with flawless execution.
* Inspire & Lead – Guide your team with clear direction, support, and motivation to achieve project success and exceed expectations.
* Build Strong Partnerships – Develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers, ensuring high-quality outcomes that stay within budget.
* Master the Budget – Take charge of finances, from cost estimation to budgeting, to ensure projects remain financially sound.
* Oversee operations on location, prioritising safety, efficiency, and quality to deliver top-notch productions!

* Experience in production management for pop-ups, activations, events, tradeshows, conferences, festivals, roadshows, or live events and more!
* A strong track record of delivering successful projects in a fast-paced environment.
* A solutions-driven mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Adaptability, proactivity, and a passion for innovation and collaboration.
