We are representing an established EdTech business who support some of the largest organisations in the skills development and apprenticeship training sector.
They're looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team and lead revenue growth in the small to mid-market segment.
In this dynamic role, you’ll identify and close new business opportunities, showcase the value of our innovative solutions, and be supported by a steady stream of MQLs and SQLs. Working alongside an SDR, you’ll help generate even more opportunities in a fast-paced, fun environment with huge potential for career growth.
Travel to the Bristol office once a month and paying £35,000 - 50,000 DOE + 30% commission and benefits.
Responsibilities
* Lead generation: Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and support from the SDR team. Leverage MQLs and SQLs to build a strong sales pipeline.
* Prospect engagement: Initiate and nurture client relationships via calls, emails, and meetings, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
* Solution presentation: Deliver targeted presentations, highlighting how our platform solves client challenges and demonstrating its value.
Qualifications
* Proven success in sales roles like Business Development Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Development Representative.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and nurturing client relationships.
* Experience selling EdTech, e-Learning, apprenticeships, or full-cost commercial training.
