Our food we serve is Lebanese, we make our own waffles and crepes and have an extensive selection of cocktails and mocktails.
We are looking for a vibrant, energetic individual with at least 2 years experience managing a busy restaurant and lounge as a Operations Manager.
The preferred candidate must be a leader, well organised, have excellent attention to detail and their primary focus being on customer service.
The preferred candidate will manage a team of over 30 staff it is important that you have lots of energy and enthusiasm.
Must be creative, keep themselves upto date with market trends, and pro-actively engaging with our team members to consistently deliver an outstanding experience for our guests and maintain high standards at all times.
As the Restaurant Operations Manager you will:
* Manage all day to day lounge operations, including overseeing the restaurant and bar operations
* Control labour, stock and all costs & budgets
* Recruit, train and develop your team
* Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
* Maintain brand standards, compliance and company systems & procedures
* Work closely with the kitchen team
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Work to company targets and KPIs
* As a manager you will manage the day to day operation of a high volume / high end lounge
* Responsible for correctly monitoring and controlling all processes to deliver margins in line with company targets, including stock levels and wastage
* Plan, forecast and complete rotas
* Full responsibility for the results achieved within the business, managing labour costs and stock controls
* Providing support and offer guidance to team members to help them achieve their personal best
* Accountable for ensuring all department paperwork is delivered timely, accurately and to the highest standards including COSHH controls and company Health and Safety
* Ensure credibility and reputation of the brand is kept at high, reviews are being responded and pushed to drive awareness
* Drive sales and bring new exciting concepts.
ATTRIBUTES Operations Manager
* Experience as a restaurant operations manager in Shisha Lounge and high-volume restaurant operation is a MUST to be successful.
* Driven and able to handle a busy operation
* Strong financial & commercial acumen - P & L accountability
* Excellent people, communication and man-management skills
* A hands-on lead from the front approach and a very keen eye for detail
* An intrinsic understanding of legislation & compliance
* The ability to motivate and enthuse people and teams to deliver results
* Strong leadership, coaching, performance management and people development skills
* A positive and outgoing personality and outlook

* IT literate - working with systems & process
