Our high end professional client are looking for a receptionist for 2 days a week - Fridays and Mondays - 09.00 - 18.00. Beautiful offices and friendly staff. This a permanent part time role.
Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with assistance as needed.
Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support administrative staff with various tasks as required, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Requirements
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
