Role: Digital Strategy Lead (EMEA)
Location: Remote (UK based, with an ability to visit clients)
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 depending on experience

We’re partnering with a highly creative, fast-growing agency to find an experienced Digital Strategy Lead who’s ready to shape and scale a digital and social offering across the EMEA region. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins on a high-impact role—leading thinking across campaigns, client relationships, new business and internal innovation.
We’re looking for someone who is fluent in digital culture and performance, confident in their craft, and collaborative in approach. You’ll be joining a senior leadership team at a pivotal moment, helping to shape the future of the agency’s strategic capability.
The Role
This is a senior strategy role focused on elevating digital performance and creative impact across brand, social, and paid media campaigns. You’ll bring a strong point of view on what drives meaningful engagement and measurable outcomes—and know how to deliver both.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, helping shape client strategies and new business responses with a digitally integrated mindset. From crafting narratives that win pitches to leading performance strategies that deliver results, you'll play a central role in guiding both clients and teams.
Key Focus Areas
* Develop and guide multi-channel digital strategies across social, paid, and content
* Lead performance-led thinking with a clear view of business and marketing outcomes
* Keep a close eye on cultural and platform trends, using them to shape relevant, audience-first work
* Act as a strategic partner to creative and account teams, helping align big ideas with channel effectiveness
* Contribute to pitch work and growth plans with compelling strategic narratives
* Build frameworks to track, analyse and optimise performance against KPIs
* Lead and inspire a team of strategists across digital and social disciplines
What You’ll Bring
* Deep expertise in digital performance marketing, including media strategy, targeting, measurement, and optimisation
* A strong understanding of social platforms (organic and paid) and how they fit into the broader customer journey
* A mix of creative intuition and analytical rigour, ideally gained from agency environments
* Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and guiding high-value conversations
* Experience managing teams and contributing to agency growth
Ideal Profile
* 10+ years in digital marketing, with several years in a leadership or strategy role
* Experience in fast-paced, creatively driven environments (agency experience preferred)
* Demonstrated success in leading multi-market campaigns with measurable business impact
* A strategic thinker who’s as comfortable crafting a narrative as they are diving into performance data
* Friendly, ego-free, and keen to build something meaningful with others
