We are currently seeking to recruit a Health Records Clerical Assistant.
The position is full time, 5 days per week, hours by negotiation.
A proven clerical office background is essential. The ideal candidate should be IT literate, a team player with excellent communication skills, be able to work to tight deadlines and meet set targets. Experience of scanning processes is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
The post holder will be required to work in the in-scanning bureau. You will be trained to prepare notes ready for scanning, undertake scanning of the notes and the final quality assurance of the notes before ingestion into the Trust's electronic document record management system Evolve.
