Team - Direct to Consumer Inbound Health Insurance Sales Salary - 24,000-27,000 (Depending on experience)
Working Pattern Full time, 35 hours per week. Shifts between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday. 2 Saturdays per month 10am-2pm
Hybrid – 2 days per week working from the Stockport based office. Remaining 3 days per week can be worked from home. ****Start date- 27th September, 2024 Top 3 skills needed for this role:

You will take inbound calls from customers who are either new to private medical insurance or looking for a new provider. Your customer focus will be key in onboarding new customers to continue our growing business. You will be self-driven, target motivated with a proven sales background. Key Actions:
4. You will take inbound calls where you will fact find on potential customers needs when enquiring about taking out Private Medical Insurance.
5. You will be required to obtain detailed medical history of your customers in order to determine the correct cover and underwriting terms.
6. You will understand and ensure compliance levels are met on every interaction whilst supporting our new customers onboarding journey.
7. You will organise and manage your daily workload, so you continue to keep in touch with your customers, whilst they consider quotes and make changes. Ensuring they convert to sales.
Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role:
8. You will have proven sales background where you enjoy exceeding targets (minimum of 12 months)
9. Previous experience selling Private Medical Insurance/Other insurance products is desirable
10. Have a professional approach with the ability to tailor your calls to the customer whilst meeting the compliance standard
11. Self-motivated to make sure you are up to date with any product changes
12. Team player who shares knowledge and who positively participates in Team meetings and group settings
13. You will be computer literate as you will manoeuvre from different systems to provide quotes and record accurate information
