This company is a leading private aviation organisation, working on a wide fleet of jets. Performing essential maintenance and modification of these jets, they adhere to Part 145 regulations and always go above and beyond for their customers to ensure work is always completed as efficiently as possible.
This role will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the business, liaising between departments to ensure excellent service and productivity is always achieved. The successful candidate will demonstrate accurate organisational skills, exceptional communication to clarify details throughout departments and be comfortable handling and transferring data electronically.

The Role:
1. Support daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
2. Book aircraft handling services in the company's system
3. Arrange crew and passenger accommodation, fuel and transport
4. Track and compile fuel data in Excel
5. Provide Crew with essential information like NOTAMs and weather updates
6. Help with ramp duties when needed, including loading baggage
7. Be the first point of contact for crew and address their queries
8. Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner
9. Enter passenger passport details into the system during night shifts
10. Assist Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) when required
11. Shift pattern of 06:00 - 18:00 and 18:00 - 06:00 when required on a 4 on 4 off basis
The Person:
1. Proven experience within a similar role
2. Experience in the aviation industry advantageous
3. Flexibility to work day or night shifts dependant on business demands
