As a Lidl Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives while maintaining excellent customer service standards. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of your store, ensuring efficient processes and optimized performance across various key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
* Excellent time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
* Pride in providing exceptional support to customers and colleagues
* Strong communication skills to handle sensitive conversations and monitor KPIs
