We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Manager to join our team, driving business performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This exciting role offers a competitive salary range of £27,851 - £33,207 per annum, with opportunities for uncapped bonuses up to £7,100 per year.
In this challenging and dynamic position, you will work closely with the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership, focusing on customer satisfaction and profitability.
You will have previous hands-on experience as a mechanic and be able to divide your time between the workshop and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, and be IT proficient with the willingness to learn in-house systems.
Promoting a safe working environment is essential, so experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety is required.
A current valid driving licence is also necessary for this role.
