As Oliver’s Travels continues to grow, we’re looking for a People & Culture Manager to drive our People strategy, lead change and acquisitions integration, and ensure our team is set up for success. This role is a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, perfect for someone with experience in fast-paced or scale-up environments. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, oversee all People initiatives, and mentor the People & Wellbeing Lead, supporting their growth and the evolution of the function.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic People Leadership:
Align the People strategy with business objectives to drive growth and innovation.
Lead change management and acquisition integration, ensuring seamless people transitions.
Provide HR expertise to board members and managers, supporting decision-making.
Own and manage the People budget, including headcount planning, benefits, and HR systems.
Manage the annual pay review process, including salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
