Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Advisor
Location: Birmingham/ Coventry/ Manchester with regional travel
Salary: £35,000- £45,000 plus Excellent Benefits
Are you an experienced safety professional looking to work for a global, market leading company? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you! This position is for a leading Engineering and Environmental Consultancy who are looking to recruit a new Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Advisor. This role will work across numerous divisions and will be involved in a variety of projects supporting the different business units.
Responsibilities
1. Promoting a positive health and safety culture across the sites, seeking best practice at every opportunity
2. Preparation and review of risk assessments, safe systems of work and other supporting documentation
3. Delivery of internal audits, on-site inspections, and reporting on SHEQ performance for business operations, office and field based
4. Carrying out inductions, training, and toolbox talks
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in Health and Safety ideally within Construction/ Civil Engineering
2. NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
3. The ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organisation
4. Proven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
5. Full UK Driving License
