The Customer Service Agent plays a crucial role in providing frontline support to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly. This role is key to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
* Resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Provide regular feedback to Senior Client Manager as needed.
* Manage large volumes of incoming calls, emails, live chats, and instant messages from customers.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products and services using the right methods/tools.
* Generate sales leads and support the sales team to drive positive company sales results.
* Gather and report customer feedback to improve products and services.
