Your responsibilities would be to ensure the successful delivery of all people related activities within the area of responsibility in an ethical and inclusive manner, and ensure that business, client and trade union requirements are anticipated and met. 01. Focal point for all people activity within the area of responsibility, building and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders 02. Provide advice and guidance to the business and employees on a broad range of people related issues and employment law matters including (but not limited to) employee relations, health and wellbeing, performance management, flexible working, family friendly policies, pay and benefits, development and succession and diversity and inclusion ensuring internal policies and legislative requirements are followed 03. Ensure active involvement in all people related activity for area of responsibility covering the full employee life cycle 04. Support the recruitment process, assisting in decision making if required and ensuring resource requirements are mat within assigned budget and headcount 05. Promote effective employee engagement and guide and coach the business on how to maximise this for the benefit of the business and client 06. Demonstrate, promote and uphold a workplace culture that ensures a positive working environment and employee experience by demonstrating the business core values 07. Maintain data in the HRIS system in line with GDPR and deliver accurate management information to guide future strategy, focusing on key KPI’s including headcount, turnover, absence etc. 08. Collaborate with team and key internal and external stakeholders to identify process improvements that are fit for purpose, legally compliant and would improve efficiency and cost 09. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are legally compliant and reflective of best practices. 10. Conduct regular offshore and site visits as required, participate in the HR Duty Rota and act as delegated authority for the HR Manager as required Profile Essential: HNC or equivalent in HR or business-related discipline Desirable: Level 3 CIPD Qualification Desirable: Previous experience of working within an HR role within the Energy Sector Desirable: BOSIET/FOET and associated mandatory certification Essential: Excellent understanding of UK employment legislation Essential: Demonstrable experience and a good understanding of a broad range of people activities including (but not limited to) employee relations, health and wellbeing, performance management, flexible working, family friendly policies, pay and benefits, development and succession and diversity and inclusion Essential: Understanding of energy sector project specific roles including engineering, construction and offshore Essential: Ability to build relationships and gain credibility with key stakeholders Essential: Ability to plan and prioritise high demand work volumes and work within a fast-paced environment Essential: Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment Essential: Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint Socio-professional category Employee / Technician / Supervisor Contract type 1-Permanent Contract Large displacement No Job location Europe, United Kingdom, Ecosse, Grampian Location Westhill, Aberdeen Candidate criteria Minimum level of education required 7- Others Minimum level of experience required All levels of experience
