Joining our HR team as Interim Senior HR Business Partner supporting maternity leave, you will play a key part in delivering comprehensive Business Partnering provision for the Morpeth site providing exclusive support to all management across the business with key focus areas.
With primary responsibility for developing and implementing HR initiatives focused on the achievement of business goals, you will provide hands-on human resources expertise in key areas including:
* Talent acquisition, talent and career development, coaching and mentoring, workforce and succession planning, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and policy deployment.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Best practice Talent Acquisition activities to ensure timely placement of qualified associates; building a resourcing initiative supporting talent attraction and retention.
* Management of operational HR activities with provision of guidance, support, and coaching where appropriate.
* Review, interpret, adjust, drive and champion global HR initiatives ensuring they meet expectations of local stakeholders.
* Development, delivery and execution of value adding and sustainable key initiatives to support business growth.
* Provide professional advice to managers and colleagues where required and in compliance with company procedure and employment-related laws.
To be successful in this role, you will showcase your expertise in Business Partnering, working in a commercial, fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with all colleagues and stakeholders across varying parts of the business.
As an individual, you will be a natural multi-tasker, shifting between operational and strategic work streams. You will have excellent knowledge of current employment legislation and experience of developing HR policies and processes.
