Role Overview
Putting the customer at the heart of everything, you will support the Store Manager in managing the store to maximize profitability through sales, cost management, and brand delivery. You will create a fun and inspiring atmosphere, support team development, and ensure high standards are maintained according to company guidelines.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead by example, maintaining the integrity of the brand.
* Drive and model customer service standards to exceed expectations.
* Train, coach, and develop your team, supporting appraisals and performance reviews.
* Analyze financial data and use local/industry knowledge to maximize sales and support decision-making.
* Ensure the store operates within budget through effective scheduling and cost controls.
* Implement the retail plan using effective planning and organizational skills.
* Communicate with Head Office to influence stock management.
* Adhere to procedures regarding cash, stock, health and safety, security, and loss prevention.
* Oversee and execute visual merchandising standards, including launches and floor moves.
* Comply with all policies, legal obligations, and GDPR confidentiality requirements.
* In the absence of the Store Manager, take on responsibilities to ensure store success in sales, standards, and team development.
