Package: Basic salary dependent on experience, with a £10k-£15k OTE, hybrid company car, 25 days holiday, 5% employer pension contributions, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, staff rewards and discounts, employee assistance program, life assurance and a health cash plan.
Territory: Scotland
Selling: Masonry support systems, brick slips, windposts, lintels, cavity trays and structural building materials.
Customers: Architects, high-rise developers, main contractors and subcontractors.
THE ROLE - Area Sales Manager:
1. A field based specification and contractor sales role, promoting my clients industry leading range of masonry support systems and structural building products.
2. You will be tracking and winning high-rise projects with architects, high-rise developers, main contractors and specialist subcontractors.
3. The focus will be on high-rise residential, but also student accommodation and general high-rise commercial projects.
4. You will be supported by a first class technical team, that will assist you with drawings, plans, admin and lead generation.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Area Sales Manager:
1. You will be a field sales professional with a consultative and structured approach to solution sales.
2. You will already be working within the construction industry with some transferable sales skills.
3. Either way you will be equally as comfortable developing existing relationships, as you are prospecting and winning new business.
