My Client, a highly renowned FMCG company, is looking for a dedicated, proactive PA to support two Directors who are extremely busy. You will need to be very organised and be able to handle a wide range of admin and personal tasks such as:
1. Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, etc.
2. Arranging travel accommodation including flights, hotels, etc.
3. Preparing and organising documents
4. Assisting with personal errands
5. Checking credit card bills, getting lunches
6. Liaising with property agents, suppliers, and stakeholders
You will need to be a PA who has worked in a similar role in a fast-paced environment. Must have proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must be able to commute to Ruislip, Middlesex.
