Looking for a Field Service Management Implementation Consultant - fully remote - UK wide.

They need a savvy Implementation Consultant who can manage end-to-end implementations from start to finish, ensuring all clients are ready to go live post-implementation. The job is fully remote in the UK, but they have regular meet-up sessions and a lot of online interaction & Zoom meetings and knowledge sharing - they will pay up to £60k + 10% bonus.

They need someone who can take responsibility for software implementation projects, analysing clients' business and functional requirements, and specifying, designing, and proposing the right solution for them. You should be capable of liaising with clients, running workshops, gathering requirements, understanding their workflows, configuring the solution to fit, writing good documentation, and managing the implementation through to go-live, training, and post-go-live support.
Hopefully, you are bright, ambitious, and energetic, with experience of Field Service Management software (or similar solutions) implementation through the full project life cycle. You should be someone who can engage with customers and get to the heart of their business needs. Other software skills of interest would include route optimisation, job management, warehouse management (WMS), logistics solutions, or similar. Knowledge of SQL is highly advantageous, and you will be expected to get involved in the pre-sales process, assisting with demos and presentations.

You may be a business analyst looking to move into consulting, or you may have implemented field service management solutions at an end-user company, or you may already be working in consultancy; they are open to all.
