£25,480 per annum + overtime

Working 9am - 5pm, M-F and 1 in 3 Saturdays paid at time & a half
The Role
Lettings Administrator required to work for a privately owned company, offering a diverse range of professional services. They are seeking a confident and friendly Lettings Administrator to undertake a variety of administration tasks and provide the highest level of customer service to tenants, landlords and trades people.
Main duties of the Lettings Administrator will include:
Liaising with tenants and landlords (phone, e-mail and face to face)
Managing applications and maintenance enquiries.
Conducting initial right to rent checks and follow ups.
Deal with deposit claims, cash cheques, rent payments.
Carrying out inspections of rental properties
Coordinating move ins and compliance.
Processing end of tenancies, notifying lettings team and booking check outs.
Occasional attendance at a rental viewing (mileage paid for).
