Role Overview:
- Position: Full-Time Cover Supervisor
- Location: Various secondary schools across Wigan
- Start Date: Immediate, pending completion of our vetting process
- Hours: Monday to Friday, school hours (some flexibility for short-notice cover)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers.
- Maintain classroom discipline and support a positive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with teaching staff and students, assisting with any classroom queries.
- Manage student behaviour according to school policies, reinforcing positive behaviour standards.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
