Have you ever wanted to join an education agency but need a consistent income and consistent work? Here's how Protocol Education can help!
Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a variety of school opportunities within Dacorum and Hertfordshire. We have roles within Primary and Special Needs Schools as Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Cover Supervisors, Unqualified Teachers, Supply Teachers, Admin Roles, and Tuition.
We can offer a variety of roles on our guaranteed work scheme to ensure you have consistent income and work.
Here's how it works:
1. An experienced consultant will discuss your experience, what you are looking for, availability, and expectations. We will go through all details and next steps, including clearing you for work.
2. Select your availability - this can be from 2 to 5 days a week; however, you need to be available for any of the days across the week (Monday - Friday).
3. You will need to work for us exclusively to guarantee work each week.
4. We will offer you a variety of work, focusing on your experience and preferences. This may be pre-booked or on the morning of the day, including longer-term positions where you can work at the same school each week with the potential to turn permanent.
5. Once availability, pay rate, role, and start date have been agreed upon, the agreement will be signed by us and yourself.
6. Don't worry if things change; the agreement can be modified or ended at any point should circumstances change.
7. Weekly pay through PAYE, no umbrella companies.
8. If we are unable to find you work on the agreed days, we will make up the days in the following weeks or pay you for the days where we couldn't find you work (this is paid at the end of the term). T&C’s apply. However, we offer this agreement because of the high volume of work available.
This role benefits educators who want and need consistent work and income. It also benefits our schools to ensure they have consistency in their cover and long-term staffing requirements. If you are looking to take that next step and move into education or pursue a new role, please get in touch for further information.
