Description
* Efficiently managing the company's accounts receivable portfolio
* Ensuring timely collection of payments
* Resolving billing and customer credit issues
* Processing new credit applications
* Reviewing credit terms for existing customers
* Developing and implementing improvements to the credit control process
* Preparing monthly reports on credit control activity
* Adhering to all industry regulations and company policies
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* Proven experience in a Credit Control role within the industrial or manufacturing industry
* Strong knowledge of account receivable principles and collection procedures
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Job Offer
