Responsibilities:
4. Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose mental health conditions.
5. Develop and implement personalized care plans with other healthcare professionals.
6. Provide therapeutic interventions, including counseling, medication management, and crisis intervention.
7. Regularly review and monitor patients’ progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
8. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatments, offering support to manage their conditions.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
9. Social Work England registration
10. Eligible to work in the UK
11. Hold a full UK licence
12. Post-qualified experience
13. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
