Job Description: We are seeking passionate and adaptable Primary School Teachers to join our team on a flexible basis. This role is perfect for educators who are looking for a dynamic and varied teaching experience across multiple schools within our trust. As a flexible teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and supporting our students’ learning journeys.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
* Collaborate with other teachers and staff to share best practices and resources
* Participate in school activities and events as required
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching at the primary school level
* Strong classroom management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Flexibility and willingness to teach at different schools within the trust
* A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student development
