We are looking for Groundworkers in the Bristol and Bath areas, working on social housing repairs and maintenance. You will receive £22 per hour, weekly pay, and a 45p per mile fuel allowance.
As the Groundworker, you will be responsible for:
• Fencing (feather edge and chain link).
• Path concreting (up to 10m).
• Breaking out concrete for new steps, paths, and finishing work.
• Slabbing.
• Rebedding manhole covers.
• Minor drainage work.
• Installing ACO drains.
The Groundworker will receive in return:
• £22 per hour.
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
• Limited travel with no more than two jobs a day.
The successful Groundworker will:
• Have relevant experience in groundworks, particularly in social housing (desirable but not essential).
• Have their own van and tools.
• Be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team.
