This post attracts a Welcome Bonus. This comprises of an initial payment of 1,800 pro rata to hours worked, payable with your first salary, a further payment of 1,800 pro rata to hours worked after 12 months service and a final payment of 1,400 pro rata to hours worked after 18 months service.
