Job Title: SEN Tutor Job Duties: Provide tailored academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' learning experience Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students' educational goals Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN legislation and best practises Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments Strong organisational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Experience using assistive technology in teaching Working Conditions: Flexible working hours, may require travel to different locations within Oxfordshire.
