Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for an Reward & Benefit Intern to be based in London. This is a paid internship. The internship runs from the 9th June 2025 to 5th September 2025. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme.
A well-designed employee benefits portal will empower Red Bull’s employees, support HR, and position us as a forward-thinking organisation committed to employee satisfaction and operational excellence which benefits the bottom line.
As a HR Support Intern, you will be working directly with the Reward Manager in implementing the portal which links to one of our key principles (Reward).
The internship is designed to provide you with a hands-on experience in a fast paced and collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to shape your internship to make a lasting impression not only within the HR team but Red Bull as a whole.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
* You will be reviewing the current benefits and doing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
You will have access to the testing portal to shadow the benefits flow to test users. and admin access.
You will review the branding of the portal to ensure it’s up to Red Bull standard.
You will prepare comms for the launch of the platform.
You will have exposure to Onboarding by collaborating with the Emerging Talent Intern to deliver your findings to both areas in HR.
* You will support the Reward Manager to ensure a smooth transition from the annual to the monthly payrolling Benefits in Kind.
You will review employee’s tax codes and audit the current list of employees with benefits in kind.
You will prepare comms for employees for them to understand the tax impact on employees.
When needed, you will liaise with our payroll provider, tax manager and HMRC to make sure all communication and steps are completed ahead of the deadline.
* The overall purpose of the role is to acquire skills and knowledge in Rewards through these 2 main projects.
You will gain insights into the day-to-day operations of our department, as well as how HR collaborates with the wider business.
You will have the opportunity to work with the different stakeholders involved in the projects such as the payroll provider, HMRC, benefits implementation project team.
Each project influences the different business areas by identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancing the employee experience.
