We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in identifying areas for improvement, scoping software features and enhancements, and working closely with our software development and projects teams to drive organisation-wide transformation.
What You’ll Do
* Document requirements, business processes, and acceptance criteria, creating clear user stories.
* Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, and stakeholders to align with business strategy.
* Lead requirements-gathering workshops across the organization.
* Analyse and propose improvements to existing business processes.
* Work with the Scrum team to ensure understanding of project requirements and smooth execution.
* Support the development team during sprints and resolve queries. Prioritize requirements based on business value.
* Manage change control processes and tools.
* Perform data analysis to improve business operations.
What we’re looking for
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a similar industry.
* Proven ability to work within both structured and agile project lifecycles.
* Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
* Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach.
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
* Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
* Adaptability and resilience in changing environments.
* Solid understanding of medium-sized business operations.
