To manage our Community Child Health Secretary / Admin team and clinic support worker.
Work closely with our Clinical teams including Consultants, Therapists, Specialist Nurses, and Psychologists.
Communicate with Acute teams, GPs, and Social Services.
Main duties of the job

2. Meet our RTT turnaround times
3. Adhere to deadlines for patient correspondence
4. Manage our ASD pathway.

Experience
* Team player
* Approachable, negotiation, and persuasion skills
* 3 years NHS experience
Qualifications
* GCSE or equivalent passes in English
* Computer literate
* Previous experience of managing and supervising staff, including allocation of work, identification of training and development needs, performance management.
* Minimum 2 years secretarial experience
* Experience of working for and within a team
* Contributing to the design and development of standard reports
* Business administration level 3
Skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Standard keyboard skills
* Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines
* Ability to remain calm in a busy environment whilst working under pressure
* Good interpersonal skills
* Previous supervisory/management skills
* Able to communicate with, coordinate and liaise with a multidisciplinary team
