Our client Kick ICT has an exciting new opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Account Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Kick ICT is based in Bellshill, Glasgow and this will be a hybrid position.

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing new and existing client relationships. You will drive revenue by promoting and selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring that clients’ needs are thoroughly understood and addressed with tailored, value-added propositions.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Microsoft technology ecosystem, exceptional communication skills and an ability to build close relationships, incuence stakeholder and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored D365 BC and its complemetary products
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Identify and take advantage of cross-selling opportunities.
* Develop and nurture strong client relationships and tailoring solutions to individual customer requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and ensure seamless customer onboarding, driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Stay informed on Microsoft product advancements, competitor activity, to effectively position Kick and Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular communication and issue resolution.
What do I need?
* Proven track record in sales account management of Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar cloud-based CRM/ERP product such as NetSuite, Sage, SAP, Infor Sun.
* Ability to build rapport and explain complex concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
* Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and technical disciplines.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Willingness to travel if required to meet with clients and attend industry events (UK Driving licence required).
