Working within an older people setting, the main purpose of the role is to assist the Supported Housing Officers by providing a high level of customer care to service users.
Duties
1. Welcoming new customers to the service.
2. Undertaking regular welfare checks and health and safety checks in line with the local policy to ensure that customers are safe/secure and happy in their homes.
3. Following risk assessments and person-centered plans as appropriate.
4. Identifying customer support needs and signposting customers to the right service to address those needs.
5. Reporting any concerns you have for resident welfare to the Supported Housing Officer or Housing Delivery Manager as appropriate.
6. Working with customers, family, and stakeholders where appropriate to understand their needs and desires for the future.
This is a 1-month assignment and to be considered you MUST hold a DBS dated within the last 12 months and have experience working within a similar setting.
