The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the day to day operations of the factory as well as the marketing side of the business.Responsibilities include:Ordering of materials and ProductsOnline research and ordering of equipmentPreparing quotes and invoicingUpdating products and creating products on their internal systemClient Communication; Order processing, updates on deliveries and aftercareCollating information from Factory Worksheets and updating production spreadsheets with Production number and batch codesManagement of holidays, overtime, sickness and absences for the factory team and reporting to payrollSocial media managementCandidate requirementsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailExcellent team player- this role involves liaising with various departments and supporting with other parts of the business where requiredComputer literate- working knowledge of Excel. Xero experience is desirable however full training is providedAbility to manage workload and prioritiseDriving licence- there are no public transport links close by
